We want you to hit the trails with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period on all Altra footwear and gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date, no questions asked.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point to begin the transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
